6 months pregnant with bloody stool?

Well, I am 6 months pregnant, and when I had a BM today there was blood in the toilet. The first time I wiped there was blood on the tp. Then I wiped again and nothing? Well, the same thing happened AGAIN today. Same thing. Does that sound like hemorrhoids or something different? I know TMI, but I’ve never had this before. Thanks so much for your answers!!!
