Ok, so a lot of people put like the little fish hooks on the bill of theIr ball caps, and as I dont have a hook, and won’t buy one, I’m going to put something else on it, I want to put an UNLOADED shotgun shell….things I have
-shotgun shells (12, 20, 410ga)
-knives (a survival knife (has a small saw on it), and regular knives)
-my hat

How can I get the shotgun shell on it? I can’t get the slit wide enough needs to be about 1/4inch and I can only get it as wide as the knife blade…

4 Year Committed Relationship, Cheating Girlfriend, What To Do?

Okay, this is a long story told the shortest way possible. We’ve been together for 4 years now and we rely on each other for absolutely everything and reject our parents who doesn’t want us together. Shes a very sensitive person and so am i, so we get hurt easily and need lots of affection and attention. Right now we are in a long distance relationship (since September) as I am studying in university far away and we are unable to see each other except in the summer and christmas. We argue a lot and are only happy when we are together face to face. Msn, Skype, Phone, we always argue about things like not calling each other or not texting.
We also had ups and downs in the past. I’ve watched porn here and there and it always came up as a constant issue. Whenever i would watch porn she would go and talk to some next guy as payback and make close friends. She cheated on me with her ex (kissed his lips) on our 2nd year, and cheated on a family friend (kissed his lips as well) sometime during the 3rd year. When she cheated she always told me right away what happend, so she never kept it hidden. She’s always honest and never lies to me.
Just recently, she went out on a date with another man she met through Facebook and went to the movies with him. She cuddled in the theatre, leaning on his shoulder, massaging him on his chest, back, thighs, and he did the same. At the end of the date he kissed her on the cheek. I told her initially not to do that in the first place but she wanted to because she found him really hot.
Each and every time she cheated I always forgave her after her apologizing and doing something about it, however, she still made me cry about it each time it happened. Thing is, we are so attached and rely on each other so much that we are practically on a lifeline. Yet, we have issues amongst each other. I dont understand why she did this, and after talking to her about it, she claims that she likes him alot, yet, shes always constantly confused on who she wants in life. Ive never cheated on her before nor have done her wrong other than the porn thing. She says shes determined and wanting to marry me (and i do all the time as well) but then there she goes hurting me again. Our social life is only with each other. We dont talk to many other people and dont go out with others, rather, we typically go out together and take hundreds of pictures to store as memories. Those were the best times. I really love and miss these times, yet, its so hard to live this lifestyle as i am 18 hours away from her for a while. I dont know what to do anymore…..I love her so much and so does she, yet, the pain just keeps digging deeper in me. She’s done so much for me and never backed down in helping me. She defends me and fights for me against her parents who hate me because of my race and culture. What do i do?? Do I let go of her and attempt to move on, or give her another chance? Please, I need all the help i can get…..

how many calories would i need to cut per day?

i’m a 19 year old woman. i’m short and curvy, but there are some places that i would like to tone up. for example on my legs, ass, tone up my hips and stomach for more definition and become more fit looking. i LOVE having curves but sometimes i feel enormous compared to my friends and other girls. its also difficult to find clothes to sit properly with my shape, without trousers being too long or short and the same with tops. and with dresses they’re either too long or dont sit well in the right places. even though i am a healthy 8 and half stone i just want to be more toned. i have started a tone up fitness class and now i’m finding it difficult to stick to healthy food. i do have porridge every morning and make a smoothie, i also have three pints of water and at least 3 three green teas.my goal is to be sexy and curvy like kim kardashian.

but my question is how many calories should i cut? and how do i control my hunger? basically what should i be eating to slim down? lol.
