dingoo A320 no sound?

I recently noticed that my dingoo A320 does not put out any sound, however, when headphones or an a/v cord is plugged in, it works. Can someone help me out?

dingoo A-320 or A-330?

I have bought this LCD Game Console from PickEgg for only $57, and now it is stopped production, they suggest me change another similar oen, which are now priced at a high price, they said if I want to change, there is no need other fees to be paid. Can I take A-330? Are there any different?
