Why does my dsi has different colored lines going down the right side of the top screen?

i have a dstti card but i don’t thinks that’s a problem. i was playing a game and then i turned it off turned it back on and the line all appeared. i let it rest for like a day and the lines are still there pleasssssssssssssssssssssse helpppppppppppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im trying to find a dstti menu download (the grey skin when you first use the dstti) is there a link for it i would appreciate it if you answer this queston
