How do i get rid of hemorrhoids without a doctor\’s prescription?

I think i might have hemorrhoids, and it’s pretty embarrasing. Is there a way to get rid of it without having to get a doctor’s presription? My parents don’t know about it, and i don’t really want to tell them. I know it’s stupid, but i’m really embarrased about it. I’ve tried eating better. I’ve eaten a salad each of the last 3 days, and I eat a lot of carrots and some spinach. Also, i’m asian, so i eat rice, even though i son’t like it much. Can anyone help me?

Naturally basically.
Cause I hate medicine and I want to avoid side effects at all costs..
my doctor recommended Miralax and a fiber pill along with lots of water and to lay in hot water for 10 minutes(can’t do that.. little sister won’t stop peeing in the tub) but i’d prefer something more natural..
