Where can I find a nice shirt dress?

I’ve really been wanting just a simple black shirt dress. I found one I really liked at Old Navy but it fits like a tent. I usually wear a small and I tried this dress in an extra small but it was not flattering at all. So where can I find a relatively cheap, tailored shirt dress? Thank you!
