Do hemorrhoids stay forever?

I’m 14 and I kinda strained a little much while I was doing my business (as I don’t get enough fiber in my diet). It was late and I immediately went to bed after that. In the morning I felt itchy down there but I thought it was just a rash. After that day I decided to google it because it didn’t get any better. I found that I probably had a hemorrhoid and I still thought it would just go away because I didn’t and still don’t understand what they are completely. Today when I went to the bathroom there was a small amount of blood on the tissue paper and that freaked me out. So my question is will it be itchy forever (it doesn’t hurt it just kinda itches) or is there something I can do to get rid of it like eating more fiber and drinking more water? Also I can’t see anything down there so I don’t think it is a serious external one. Please help I’m pretty confused and scared, any help would be cool thanks in advance.
