How do I find the courage to kiss him?

There’s a guy I really like and I know he likes me too.
I’ve been meeting up with him a lot lately, but we never really made out.
We were both talking online how we’re both too shy to make the first move.

Everytime I go to his or he comes to mine I sit on him and when we talk, I’m so tempted to just go in for the kiss but I freak out and become a wimp.

Also, I don’t know how to make out..
