how to get a girlfriend on Valentines Day?

Last week, I have had the worse of luck. I made plans to get to know her more and become friends but I chickened out! I am very energetic and talkative but when it comes down to girls I have a crush on, I become very shy. I bought a Holiday Gram note but messed up on the writing… I still have the note in my backpack. I was thinking about using white-out to cross out the two lines that have writing on them. I basically blew off a whole week of not talking to her… What can I do as of now? Valentines day is on Tuesday and I can bet you she has like ten other guys who like her. Although that may not be true, it is possible, so I need to take risks. I like her, I really do, how can I impress her? I am gone throughout the whole week after Tuesday due to a funeral, so I only have one shot.

She is a freshmen and I am a sophomore in high school. The weird thing is that THREE of my friends (who don’t each other) said that we both (me and her) look alike, as if we were siblings. Isn’t that weird?
